1. When David was six years old, his mother met a new boyfriend, Mr. Murdstone.Mother asked David if he want to have a holiday by the sea, and David loved to.He didn’t go with his mum, but with Pegotty, the servant. There he met Emily, and the family of Pegotty.When they came home, Pegotty said mother married Mr. Murdstone.

2. Miss Murdstone came to stay with them. She managed the house, but mother wasn’t very happy about that. Mr. Murdstone taught David, but he wasn’t very soft.One night Pegotty came to tell David that he was going to go to a school.

3. Mr. Mell, a teacher of the Salem House, picked David up from the coach.They went to his mother’s house and ate there.After that Mr. Mell brought David to his new school. He slept there and was alone.When the other bows came back, he had to wear a board with "stay away he bites" on it.Steerforth became David’s friend.When Steerforth said Mr. Mell and his mother were very poor, Mr. Mell left the school.Later Pegotty and Ham came to London to see David. The holiday began.

4. In the holiday David went back home.His mother has got a new baby.Miss Murdstone en Mr. Murdstone weren’t very kind to David, and they never spoke to him. The holiday finished and Barkis came with his cart.Two months later, Mr. Creakle said David his mother was dead and his little brother was very ill. David travelled home.There he heard his brother was dead too. David didn’t go back school, because Mr. Murdstone didn’t want to spend money on his education. Pegotty and David went to Yarmouth, to have a holiday. David met Emily again and he liked her very much.Pegotty was going to marry Mr. Barkis.David went back home and Mr. Quinion has a business in London for David.

5.The work David had to do was washing dirty bottles and filling them again.David lived with Mr. Micawber. The Micawbers were very poor, David too.Mr. Micawber owed a lot of money, but he couldn’t pay it back.So David had to sell a lot of things of Mr. Micawber.The Micawbers had to go to the prison, Davis found a room near the prison.When the Micawbers left the prison, David left too. He wanted to go to his aunt Miss Trotwood.He was lifting with a young man to Dover. David hid his money in his mouth, and he wanted to write his name on the box.The man took David’s money and drove away. David hasn’t money, so he sold some things.He walked to Dover and reached Miss Trotwood.

6.Mr. Murdstone and Miss Murdstone came to Miss Trotwood, to pick David up, but Miss Trotwood sent them away, because she didn’t like them.David may stay with Miss Trotwood. They went to Mr. Wickfield, a lawyer and a friend, to suggest a good school. That day David stayed with Mr. Wickfield.

7. David went to Uriah’s mother, together with Uriah. David didn’t like her very much.A man came in and it was Mr. Micawber, he invited David for dinner. Then Mr. Micawber went away.David finished his school and went to London. He met Steerforth again, he stayed with him that night.Then David went to Pegotty, together with Steerforth. There they heard Ham was going to marry Emily.Steerforth didn’t like that, because he wanted to marry her. Later Steerforth heard his father was...
